Pacific Fitness Denarau
Pacific Fitness is a newly established Fitness Centre located in the midst of the main tourist attraction, Denarau Island. The gym boasts state of the art equipment housed in an enormous space providing ease and comfort. Pacific Fitness is renowned for the quality and friendly service that is offered to all its members, providing a non-intimidating training environment, to ensure everyone feels comfortable in the fully equipped facility.
Fitness Classes
Our Group Fitness classes are an excellent way to get started on the right path to a healthy good life. The centre offers a full range of weekly fitness classes including Pump, Yoga, Zumba, BootCamp and Strength & conditioning.
Experienced and certified fitness instructors will guide you through the early stages of any new class you're ready to tackle.
Personal Training Services
Our team of certified and professional personal trainers are effective, affordable and willing to help you get the best results – quicker. Their encouragement, help and advice make sure you're getting the most out of your workouts.
Body Sculpt
A moderate- intense workout which sculpts the entire body, designed to develop the basics before weight training. Through resistance and cardio training, this one hour class targets major muscle groups also including an express core workout.
Boxfit
Drop the extra kilos and tone your upper body in the intense Box Fit class. Learn a range of boxing combinations and cardio drills to get the heart pumping. Improve strength and coordination as you uppercut, jab and crunch your way to a stronger you!
Kore Killer
An intense 30 minute conditioning core work out, designed to tone, build and strengthen your core muscles.
Pump it
A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute choreographed workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. You are combining the resistance training and cardio training in one workout! Get the results you came for - and fast! For all Fitness Levels.
Pyramid
A 60 minute freestyle workout that will combine resistance and cardio training working the entire body. Each individual will challenge themselves at their own level. You will start at 10 reps for each exercise and slowly reduce until we get down to 2 reps with the music pumping and you sweating - it is a class you will walk out of feeling pleased with yourself!
Tabata
A 60-minute session including three different types of training. It is complete with a combination of strength, cardio and plyometric drills designed to challenge your fitness abilities.
Attack
is a cardio workout that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines. With the goal of improving all elements of fitness.
W.O.D. (Workout of Day)
High-intensity interval training that incorporates resistance, aerobic and strength & conditioning exercises.
Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party!
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that is suitable for all levels.
Yoga
Yoga combines breathing and postural techniques with strength and flexibility to give you a relaxing workout.
Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level, or yoga experience.

KinderGym
KinderGym ensures that children aged between 0 – 5 years can experience a wide-range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies.
KinderGym relies on equipment set-ups that are safe, stimulating and provide endless movement opportunities for children to play, explore and learn. KinderGym also assists in child development, co-ordination and self-esteem. The program promotes the child as the key focal point and involves active participation of the child's mother, father or carer.

Kids BootCamp
Kids BootCamp enhances skills required by various sports with fun workouts that are designed to improve co-ordination and team work. The classes will offer motivational and challenging activities to get your children moving and having fun in the process.
